His primary responsibilities include providing better services and communicating relevant information to investors and to coordinate smooth and timely flow of paper between the Trustees, Registrars, Nationwide Distribution Network, Financial Institutions and the Branches of Arif Habib Investments Limited.
Syed Shaukat Hussain Rizvi has extensive national and international experience of the industry and financial sector, which spans over forty four years. He has comprehensive and diversified experience in areas such as finance, marketing and general management. Rizvi has been associated with various leading companies in the country and abroad. He was associated with the Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO), where he rose through the hierarchy at a phenomenal pace. His knowledge and dedication has often won him accolades worthy of mention. In Pakistan, Rizvi served the Habib Group of Companies as their General Manager, running various units producing edible oil and by-products. In the financial sector, Rizvi’s experience ranges from Insurance Companies to Asset Management Companies. He was a star player in various departments at the State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. In the last few years, Rizvi has been involved in the Asset Management sector. Starting with State Asset Management Company where his responsibilities included finance and general management, to NIT, where he played a key role in Retail Marketing. In Arif Habib Investments Limited. He has served as Head of Retail Marketing, Internal Audit, Products Development, Special Projects, Quality Assurance, Compliance and Operational Risk Management. His experience of over forty four years includes over fourteen years in asset management. His understanding of the asset management business and systems prevalent in Arif Habib Investments Limited enables him to deliver the high standards of investor services the company has set for itself.
