Responsibilities
He oversees asset management division responsible for managing AHI’s mutual funds. He is responsible to devise and implement investment strategies and provides investment guidelines to fund managers. He monitors investment activities and performance of each fund. He ensures regulatory/internal compliance of each fund.

Experience
He joined Arif Habib Investments in July 2003. After working as head of research and then head of equity funds he became CIO in July 2008. He has diversified experience of more than 16 years in the capital markets of Pakistan. From 1992 to 1999, he worked as a financial analyst and later as Head of Research for some of the leading brokerage houses in Pakistan. Thereafter, he worked as a Senior Dealer and Head of Equity Sales with some other brokerage houses at the Karachi Stock Exchange
