Nasim Beg, Chief Executive Nasim Beg is the founder Chief Executive of Arif Habib Investments Limited . He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1970 and has over the years worked in the financial as well as the industrial sector. His experience in the financial sector consists of both the domestic and international markets.

Sirajuddin Cassim, Director Sirajuddin Cassim is the past President of Karachi Stock Exchange and Central Depository Company. Cassim is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

Akmal Jameel, Director Akmal Jameel is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has earned his Masters degree from the London School of Economics.Jameel is an Executive Director of Arif Habib Securities Ltd. and is heading the Corporate Finance and Private Equity Division. He has extensive experience in Capital  markets both domestically and internationally.

Muhammad Shafi Malik, Director Muhammad Shafi Malik holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from Harvard University and a Masters Degree in Economics from University of Punjab. He has done L.L.B, D.L.L and D.T.L with distinction and gold medal in Mercantile Law & Labour Laws. Diversified experience of serving with distinction in public offices, corporations and institutions of national importance like C.B.R., Director General Enquiries/Inspection & Audit CBR, Regional Commissioner and Commissioner of Income Tax. He served as Chairman Employees Old Age Benefit (EOBI) for three years before his retirement in March 2005. Having valuable experience of management, legal consultancy, adjudication, audit and financial management he is capable of tendering advice on administrative, legal corporate affairs and strategic planning.

Kashif A. Habib, Director Kashif A. Habib obtained a Bachelors of Commerce degree in 2004 and has also passed modules A, B, C & D exams of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. In October 2004, he joined M/s. A. F. Fergusons, Chartered Accountants, for Articleship. He has three years experience as an intern and as a Non-Executive Director at Arif Habib Securities Ltd.

Syed Ajaz Ahmed, Director ACMA, LLB, B.Com. He has 35 years experience, including 20 years working in the financial services industry and dealing in company's secretarial matters. He is holding position of Chief Executive of Pakistan Premium Fund Limited. He is also member on different Board of Companies and audit committees of the Board of the Group Companies, i.e. Arif Habib Securities Ltd., Thatta Cement, Javedan Cement Ltd. & Al-Abbas Cement Ltd.

Zeeshan, CFO & Company Secretary Zeeshan is a chartered accountant, having qualified in Feb 2003. He completed his Articleship from Ford Rhodes Robson Morrow (a member firm of Ernst & Young International). During his Articleship Zeeshan was seconded to Ernst & Young Doha where he was involved in the system based audits and consultancy assignments. Prior to joining Arif Habib Investments Limited , Zeeshan was associated with a large group involved in Textile and Construction business. During his stay he was deputed to UK and Europe to take up group related assignments. Zeeshan has a diversified experience including Internal Audit, Product Development and Fund Accounting. Zeeshan has also officiated as Head of Marketing.
