TCS PREPAID ENVELOPE AND CUT OFF BOOKING TIMINGS

We value our customers and constantly strive to provide better and innovative service. In pursuance of this objective, we wish to inform you that, for your convenience, we have introduced the facility of "Prepaid TCS Envelopes".

You may request for these envelopes from our Nationwide Branches / ISD Karachi Head Office or via our website through "Help Desk" facility. Just drop your AHIM forms in these prepaid envelopes at the nearest TCS centre and it will be delivered to us. Please note that there is No Charge for this service.

It is to be noted that in order to receive day’s applicable Offer / Repurchase (NAV) price, forms must be received at AHIML Head office, branches or our authorized distributors before the cut off time. Cut off time from Monday to Friday is 9.00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and for Saturday it is 9.00 A.M. to 12:15 P.M.

Furthermore, Application Forms received at our Head Office / Branches / Distributors during the timings mentioned in the above para, will be Time / Date stamped and given Transaction Date of the "Day of Receipt". Any Form received after the cut- off time will be allotted the price of next transaction / business date.

Application Forms received at our authorized offices through courier companies including TCS or through Postal Service will be Time/Date stamped and given Transaction Date of the day of receipt of such Requests. Forms once received, will NOT be cancelled or returned.
