ONLINE ACCOUNT STATEMENT EMAIL FACILITY

Through this facility, our investors can access their "Statement of Account" with Ease, Convenience, Time Saving and Security. Hence, giving you your Statement of Account and balance with just a click on your computer.

You can receive your statement of account via e-mail through our website by doing the following:

Follow the Login Page of the website

On the Login page, you will be asked to provide your

	Registration Number.
	Account Title & (as mentioned in your statement of account)
	E-mail Address (registered with AHIML)

Provide "Date range" of your statement.

Press "Submit" button to enter.

You will receive your Statement of Account in the next few minutes, in your inbox.

In case you DO NOT receive the same, please check your “Junk Folder” as sometimes the emails are automatically sent to this folder as the sender is NOT identified by the receiving mail server. On the contrary you can contact the Investor Services Department on our Toll Free No.0800-02020, during working hours (9:00 a.m to 06:00 p.m – Monday to Friday and 9:00 a.m to 1:30 p.m - Saturday) or alternatively you can register your query/complaint through Help Desk on our website

In case you have not registered your e-mail address with us, kindly fill out our Value Added Services (VAS) Form, sign it and send it to the Investor Services Department.

Note: Your Statement of Account in .PDF format will be sent, instantaneously, to your designated e-mail address. Please note that the status reflected in the Statement of Account could be as of a few days prior to the date of sending.
